Very obviously a scammer.  "Doug Williams" called me from this # claiming to be with BOA.  THe incoming call showed up 480-000-0000 which means he blocked the #. He said he was calling about "an application that we had with him."  Anyway, totally unprofessional, total scam artist and totally not BOA.
