This person is Grace Rogers from Phx. Az. I know her, I have blocked her number from my no call list but she still calls and it's very annoying and she leaves a voicemail but doesn't say anything and what's strange about this caller she has done this a few times and stays on the phone for three minutes then hangs up, and I'm tired of her annoying me.
