The number must be a Skype, Google or other VOIP phone number, and should be treated with caution. Particularly since 480, 602 and 623 are all area codes in Phoenix, AZ. When it recently called me, I was immediately on-guard because I recognized the numbers, and it was a woman from "Honeywell Systems" calling to tell me about their security system and current offers they have. I told her we weren't interested and have asked them to remove us from their list, she abruptly hung up -- to me, that indicates that this is NOT a legitimate, legal business. Be careful if you get called from this number, and if at all possible try to remember the information and report it at both: complaints.donotcall.gov AND consumercomplaints.fcc.gov/
