Mark A. Kirkorsky law offices calls 3 times a week and says they are debt collectors and to call them. I have no debt and I'm not going to call them. I get my 3 free credit reports every year and I'm "green" across the board, as in no negative problems as the 1 report says. Also I just read that after initial contact the debt collector must send a report/case/debt to be collected, within 5 days, so I can review the debt to be collected so that I can verify it or not with 30 days to respond. They have been calling for over a month, with the same recorded message. This must be a scam just to get my personal info (like all the IRS scams). After everything I just read from other people I'm reporting to every agency possible for harassment. The BBB, AG, FTC and everything else I see on the right side of my screen.

Hello, I am looking for more victims affected by Kirkosky and their attorneys who are willing to share their evidence and testimonial of abuse and opression under the hands of this law firm and their attorneys. I will be filing a complaint with the FTC, The Federal Debt Consumer Protection Board and the AZ. Secretary of State.

IF YOU CAN PROVE
A judgment has been entered against you without proper service or
That you are going through litigation at this moment without proper service
If you can prove that another collection agencie attempted to collect the same debt they are now trying to collect.
If AZFCU Never notify you that they sold, transfer or referred the debt to a collection agency.
If in any way, form or fashion you are being harassed by Kirkorky's attorneys and/or employees,  do yourself a favor and and write me an email to rholmond@yahoo.com

Not affiliated with the aforementioned law firm and really don't know anything about them.  But I am a 25 year veteran in the industry.  Some of what you referenced below is inaccurate.  Multiple agencies can attempt to collect on a bill, however just not at the same time.  The distinction here is you'd have to prove the creditor knowingly placed your account with multiple agencies intentionally.  A creditor does not need to provide prior notice to placing your account for collections.  As far as the litigation and proper service, I would consult counsel.  States have different laws on what is acceptable service.  There are still some midwest states that allow for service to be a public notification, such has in a newspaper, as acceptable service.  Again, check what is appropriate given your area.

Also, I've never heard of the Federal Debt Consumer Protection Board (sounds like you're confusing the consumer law with the CFPB.  The AZ Dept of SOS also is unlikely to respond since it would be handled by the AZDFI and/or AZ AG office.

And last, I didnt notice a denial of owing anything in your post.  A suggestion.... while there are still many bill collectors that give the industry a bad name, there are more and more that do their jobs correctly and professionally than before.  Try to work with them if the debt is valid.

They served someone (that wasn't me) with a judgment to an address I hadn't lived at in several years and took lots of money from me.

These idiots tried to garnish my wages last year for a debt that was ten years old. I filed bankruptcy, had the debt cleared by the courts and now six months out of bankruptcy they are harassing me again
