Once she started with the "Let's see if you qualify, do you use SRP or APS", I asked what she gets out of calling me. She started her script again and I asked again, "What is your incentive to call and give me money?". She said that an energy expert will come to my home and find ways for me to save money. I asked "Who pays the energy expert?". She hung up...

Just got a call from these people - pretty sure it's the same people from earlier this week. They usually mention "Go Green Rebate" or "Go Green Campaign". After a little digging, it appears they also use the following numbers: 480-477-4131 and 480-438-2116. I believe this is also their website: gogreenrebatenow.com. The domain is registered by proxy so it's not easy to tell who owns it. I encourage everyone to report this to the FCC - with enough complaints, they will investigate.
