Caller identified themselves as Century Link. We have repeatedly asked them to remove our number from their database, and they refuse. They usually won't leave a message and call the decision maker by his first name so that I will pass the call thru. I understand that Century Link may have many companies calling on their behalf, but we have a right to choose who we do business with, and it certainly won't be them!
