Robo call that says press 1 to lower your credit card interest rates. This is your last opportunity. Out of curiosity I pressed 1 and I get someone who speaks very very broken English and I hear a lot of talking in the background like a switchboard room.  He claimed to be from Bank of America and then I hung up.

I also pressed one ... Told them I didn't have a credit card and they hung up in my face

I didn't answer.  Said it was from Phoenix.
