Solicitation for breast cancer research

This is a telemarketing company generating Medicare-funded sales for MD Wellness Centers. They ignore the do-not-call-list and call Medicare recipients to "remind" them/sell them on getting their yearly Wellness Exam, free, from Medicare, at MD Wellness Centers of course. They are very smooth - they are just calling to provide you the free service of reminding you to get "your annual free Wellness Exam." I thought it was Medicare calling, until they tried to go in for the sale for MD Wellness Centers.
Probably totally legal, except for ignoring the do not call list, and it probably does some good, but it just feels like a deception to me.... or it may have nothing to do with MD Wellness Centers and just be a scam designed to eventually try to get my credit card info. Don't know.

Pertaining to Medicare & Primary care doctor on medications Hung up on them at 7:30 PM

My concern is where do they get my name, the fact that I am on Medicare and phone number from......just had a call from them and when I asked how they got my phone number, he hung up.

Received call at 5:20 pm, 1/4/2016 from "Laila, MD Wellness Center asking if I have had my annual wellness checkup this year?"  I was expecting a return call from my own doctor and only glanced at the caller I.D.  Laila was difficult to understand.  Asian?
I kept asking who she was?  Was she a doctor's office?  She became silent, sounded like a group in room with her and she disconnected.  Checking on Google my Norton says the MD Wellness listing is questionable.   Interesting that whenever I ask them for info and do not answer their questions since I do not know who I am talking to....how fast they hang up!  Normally I do not answer calls that I do not know the caller name or number, but she caught me off guard.  Basic protectiveness, do not answer any questions until know who I am talking to kicked in!
