I got a call from this number at 10pm. I called it back and it gave me the option to press 9 to remove my number from the "Survey".

No offense, I hope, but I'm stunned by the number of people who dutifully call back, press numbers as instructed, etc. That's like asking the knife-wielding stranger at your door in for a cup of coffee. If the call is from someone who really wants to talk to you, a message will be left. Really.
