They say they are a hardware & software company.  The receptionist asked if I had purchased with them before.  I said no.  She said: "If the person calling you did not leave any information then just go ahead and disregard the phone call."

Likely sales peddlers.

They're looking to get the contact details of the person in charge of computer purchases at your organization.  I got a call too.

Got a call from "Missed call from 4803333000". They hung up, no message. I called back and spoke to the operator. She stated they are a provider of software and hardware. She also stated: "If the caller didn't leave a name or number, please disregard the phone call.".

I requested they remove my number from their call list.

Caller from "Insights". Asked for our IT person and I put him on indefinite hold to come to this website to check out the number! They have called before. His call will be "declined" and he will not be getting through to anyone.

I found a couple of company E-mails. I sent them a polite but firm message. Remember, harrassment and/or threats are against the law, so be firm but polite.

Also, they called my personal phone number, and I'm not a business, so they are violating the DNC list in my case. If you are a business...it's not against the law to call another business.

I was just responded too, and was told she wasn't the right person to contact. I don't think she was giving me the run around because I got her e-mail from a different corporate site.
