Calls 3-4 times a day. No answer. Just sick of looking at the caller ID

They call all times of the day while asleep, eating dinner, and even while on the JOHN. I don't answer when their number comes up on my TV with COX or ID on the phone. Someone suggested answering it and blowing a loud whistle in their ear! Has anyone tried that yet?

claimed to be calling to help me increase my business. Say they are not selling leads but I know they are. SCAM
