We are receiving these calls every day on our cell phone I called the number but only got static. It is so frustrating.

I finally called them - they were calling about a Cell Phone bill from 2006 that was not mine ( T-Mobile )
so it is safe to say they are a collection agency.

Halsted Financial. Bottom Feeder Collections Agency. Many complaints on internet of alleged scamming. Beware.
