12/31/08, 5:57 p.m. received hang up call.  We are on do not call list, did not make prior arrangements for this company to call or give them permission to do so.  Obviously not an exemption of the DO NOT CALL law so in violation.

Said they were from Dish Network. I do not have, nor will I ever have their service. I interrupted her, told her this was a cell phone and not to call again and hung up.
