This number called my in-laws on 2/13/14 in Ohio. On the pretext of solving their slow computer problems for a fee, they talked these elderly folks into giving them remote access to their computer. The "scan" had been going on for almost 2 hours when I came in and discovered it. After arguing with my in-laws, trying to convince them they had been deceived, we pulled the plug. Twice they called back that night, trying to resume the culling process. They even called the next day, wanting me to turn on the computer to retrieve the software they'd put on the computer. NO WAY. We now begin the arduous process of notifying and changing account numbers, etc. from the tax forms that were undoubtedly stolen from the computer.
