It is from a company called Roman Enterprising they want to sell computer security software. They say they work with but not for Microsoft. They will try to sell you virus protections for 5 years for around $250.00. Their pitch is one you have a virus you cannot get rid of them with any other security programs. They have a trailer house in Prescott AZ as the front office. All the people I talked with were fake Americans names and bad India ascents.

I received a call showing private caller, answered it but was unable to understand what the foreign man was saying.  He put his manager supposedly named Christine, on the line and I informed her I was in a rush and would have to have a return number to call her back.  The number she gave me was 480-259-3403.  She did say she was working for Microsoft.  Of course, I have no intention to phone her back.

Callers from this number scammed $$ from Australian user on offer of PC Service & virus protection etc.
Gained security info & gained more $.

I got a call from this number but at first it showed up as unknown and they told me to call this number. But we later found out it was a scam. We had asked them how they could see how my computer was crashing and they hung up. I called back and had told them that yes we would do what they said and of course we weren't going to ANYTHING they said and we hung up. Well we then called the computer guy that lived near and he told us to unplug the Internet IMMEDIATLY and do not listen to anything they say. We did unplug it and turned it off. And we were saved. They could've taken my credit card number, all my pictures, all my media accounts, and more. Do not dare give your credit card number to them, not even the last four digits. And the computer guy said to turn the computer off as well and do not connect to any Internet because as soon as you do all your information is gone. Do not trust these people!!!!

Just received a call from "unknown caller". Same story as Tim's. I asked for callers name & phone number. Male on phone said his name was John. He had bad India accent & spoke very little English. "John" wanted me to call him right back & specifically ask for John.
