I received his call in Dallas TX. He said he called from Windows support. He had strong Indian accent. He called back from Anonimous phone number later. He cursed a lot.

These people have been trying like hell to get me to give up my computer information, which I do not do...but they keep calling back.  As above, Indian accent, about my "Windows Computer".

received few minutes ago, 4/13/16,   caller ID read dir ast ar,    I answered  because I am tired of these continues calls with no one taking responsibility,   just ringing my phone, leaving no message,  and many times no talk.   After 3 hellos by me,  got automated message of "good bye"   and call was disconnected

Got a call from a chap with an Indian accent "Williams" today claiming to be from Microsoft and demanding with authority to give access to my computer. Complete Scam!!!

Tell this guy from India to hold on a minute, you have to finish butchering a cow for a BBQ.

No, actually, it's a spoofed number!  479 is an area code in NW Arkansas (the Wally World HQ area), but there are NO phone numbers that have the prefix 555 (other than calls to directory assistance--and that's always XXX-555-1212.  So never answer any calls from this "number."
