When the number is called back, we get a dial toner (seriously, a dial tone) and then after 16 seconds it goes to a fast busy signal. Suspect scam - block if you have the equipment.

Just tested it the same way the first post did - no ring, 15 sec or so of dial tone (??), and then a fast busy signal. Telemarketer.

same here when i called back. long period of dial tone followed by fast busy signal.

Same here - call back, dial toner then fast busy. Noticed that call made several 'hops' (switches) before it made destination.
