unintelligable then he hung up

A hangup call.

Asking for money for random handicap people.  I hope this is a scam..

This number called our house while we were out.  They left a message on the answering machine specifically asking for me by name.  Very odd since our number is listed under my husband's name.  On our called ID, it came up as 'Public Safety'.  I believe this is some sort of scam.  My husband called the local police department and reported this incident to them.  They said that they will try to find out where the call originated from.

Hang up call.  Freakin' creeps!
