He sent that message by text.  Why not continue with questions etc in text? Why reply to his email?
Not sure what the scam is. But I didn't reply through email.  Very odd considering I'm in area code 613

Got the same text except about a motorcycle, same email address, different Ph number. Been through this before...SCAM. offshore worker wants to ship it somewhere, he'll pay you with PayPal or Bank Transfer, you pay shipper blah, blah, blah..... Ignore it. I didn't get sucked in just played with him a little bit at my convenience. I kept upping the price and changed the vehicle from bike to car, to boat, to truck with every correspondence.... idiot never batted an eye. They must think people are stupid. Sad thing is that they do it because it works I assume. Eventually they will send you a fake PayPal email which I forwarded to PayPal security. It is really too bad because they give PayPal a bad rap when in fact they are very good. I use them all the time.
