This number called to tell me that "I have 2 charges pending against me" and that since I couldn't be reached by phone, they would be forced to locate me at my residence or place of employment. The call said I needed to call back before they were forced to take "further action." They also used a name I have not gone by in almost 7 years, which makes me believe they are pulling old debts that have already either been dismissed or paid. I've gotten this exact same call multiple times in the last year from different numbers. Every time I block one, another pops up.

Just got a automated call for my husband from this number. which I could not understand due to poor connection.  I called them back and told the lady who I was and that I had gotten the auto call.   She asked who my husband,  was I told her, she put me on hold for several minute so she could "look up" his account.  She said that we were about to be served due to a debt from 2011 and that they had sent several request for payment for an account from Household credit.  I told here we have never had an account with them and have never received any notifications for request for payment for 1,616.00.  I asked for a phone number and address of the "original" creditor" she told me she didn't have to give me that information.  I told her I wanted it that I was not sending them any money without proof of the debt.  She threatened me with taking our vehicles, seizing our bank accounts and putting a lien on our home...we don't own a home, we rent......  She threatened me several times during the conversation stating that we were going to be getting a summons for court.  She made me so angry, I told her to do her best and hung up on her.  I contacted my husband and he said he had nev
er had an account with a Household credit....SCAM!!

Do NOT return calls to these numbers, much less provide any information to them. Without returning calls, you're giving them minimal participation, which they can do little with.  Going by your post, you provided a thief with information needed so they can continue bothering you or your husband. Instead of providing any personal info, hang up on the caller if you've got to deal with them at all. Again, don't return calls to mystery numbers.

This number is a robocall, so no credibility there. I have the service that blocks these calls after 1 ring. UNKNOWN NAME on CID. Based on the reports here, this sounds similar to the phony IRS scam.

Have received calls from this number for years looking for my father who passed shortly after the calls started and keep telling them he's dead so they say their gonna take me off the list then less then 6 months later gotta go through it all again,,, who the ell are these people and what is their address so eye can go in person and deal with them the ole skool way
