SPAM / SCAM / TELEMARKETER

They did not leave message - only heard what sounded like a call center in the background.
I called back from another number (blocked) and it was a recording that said something similar to: "To be placed on our Do Not Call list, press 1."  I hung up without pressing anything because I've heard that just validates your number to them.  They obviously don't respect your desire to not be called because I am on the FTC's Do Not Call Registry.  Submitting a complaint to them now.

Called, left a message that sounded like a call center. Lots of muffled voices in the background and a persistent clicking noise.
Blocking them.
