Very little to find on this number, as apparently it is spoofed. I got a call too, no message, "from this number".
Checked another source and found: Caution, 470-200-0584 is a "spoofed" number - so it might be random, more or less, not really the number displayed, so dang frequent these days (spoofing/deceiving) with little to be done about spoofed CID.

Got a call from this number this morning.  Answered to find dead air.  Going to mark as spam and report it, although, nothing seems to happen from reporting a number.  They just keep calling.

I just received a call from this number and they were wanting to help my business listing with Google. I closed the business several years ago so their data is obviously old.

Called my cell, now they are blocked.

I get frequent calls but have only answered twice. Like Linda said, "Answered to find dead air."
