Voice recording claimed to be the IRS to call this number back because the IRS is going to sue. When called back, some Indian pEpson responds "IRS" and hung up. I think the actual IRS is more professional than that.

Did not answer,  left a recorded voicemail saying they were the IRS, and to call back. FRAUD!  the IRS does not call,  they only notify by mail.

Says the IRS is calling, I know they don't call.  I blocked my number and called back and let it ring 10 times, we all know the IRS would have an automated system to direct your call. I hate that the Do not call Registry doesn't work, I get calls all the time and  never answer calls I do not recognize.

Why do you think the DNC list has anything to do with this type of caller? They are not selling goods or services so they are not required to screen before calling. Just because they are running a scam and impersonating IRS agents does not make it a DNC violation.  They have broken other laws but not the DNC one.
