I am not an employee or principal of these companies.I have had a good deal of bitter experience in the investment world for 50 years. Some was good and none of it easy. When I was 5 yrs.old my mother told me"no one ever regrets buying quality-you get what you pay for".She proved right.
It is not realistic to expect anyone to waste his precious lifespan years in a vain effort to break even in business.Considering all the huge overheads and taxes and failures a company faces,it must make a profit with which to buy necessities of life,to cover retirement and illness and to raise a family properly-for all participants ---and even to be charitable, also.
I do not want someone working FOR NOTHING.In have more self respect than that and the labours of a fellow man are important to me.
You mentioned 30% as a figure-I do not know what Fig charges -that is their business.MY business is to evaluate the RETURNS on a deal-not what they charge. One gets nothing for nothing. Those folks who SEEK the slimmest deals to buy, will get ploughed into the ground, usually. They deal with marginal grab and run characters.
I know of NO deals that are available to anyone, which will equal the return from Fig and Petromax-NOW OR IN THE PAST.
Add to that the most important items--character and honesty-in to-day's world , rare indeed, and what on earth more can one want.ANY DEAL IN DISHONEST HANDS WILL FAIL ANY INVESTOR-REGARDLESS OF EVERYTHING.
Petromax uses the highest caliber associates to map out, drill and deliver their operations. What else can one ask of them.Well longevity? To get your money back as on their schedule-I challenge you to duplicate that.In addition,if a well delivers steady base money and some shelter for 10-20 years --- GREAT!Most wells and deals of my lifetime elsewhere, never ever began to return the initial investment and closed down.
.
Do you know of a business entity[not a salesman commission-with no personal investment overhead]that could run on a 30% mark up and survive.-especially-in the early stages of growth? When after fine success and many projects -the open market will determine what folks will pay for the product.
