I got a call from this number today.  Tried to answer but no one there.  While I am on the phone I get another call and it's them again.  There still was no answer.  The caller ID says McCullem and SC.  I searched the number but couldn't find anything.  Do a search on the number 469-919-5784.  They sound like an unethical collection agency.  I just moved to this area and the lady that lived here before me had all kinds of loans and stuff that she defaulted on and they keep calling me saying that she put my number down for a contact which is a lie because I've had my number forever.

Don't give them any information. Illegal debt collection practices. Will go as far as telling you, you will be arrested in 1 hour by the local Sheriff`s dept. if you don't pay them.

They are debt collectors, using illegal methods to try and collect.  Do not give then any info.  Record their calls.  Then you can pursue having their whole debt wiped out. They are in violation fair collection laws.

They are trying to collect debt on loans.  Most likely online payday and cash advance. They cannot process warrants in 30 different states. They cannot arrest you for "check fraud". And what they are doing is illegal. I got a call yesterday.  They went as far as to identify the person they were trying to reach by giving me the full name, date if birth and last four of their social.  Then asked was I this person.  If I were a criminal I would be able to do a lot with this info.  When that call you.  If you actually owe them.  Record the call. Follow procedures for reporting fair debt collection violations.  You will be able to not pay a dime but become free of the debt for their illegal actions.

Called me on last evening and basically threatened me with jail time. Really didn't have a lot of up to date info on me and was doing a lot of fishing. Guy on the line told me that 2 warrants would be executed in my name at 9am the following morning unless I was willing to make restitution with an online payday service. I politely explained to the gentleman that I had no idea who the company was nor did I take out any payday loan online. He proceeded to tell me he didn't care and that I was going to be arrested and sit in jail (w/o bond according to him) for up to 120 days unless I made some type of payment arrangements. I politely told him to go ahead and proceed with his actions and hung up the phone. I really shouldn't have entertained that mess. Please be aware when you receive these types of calls. Scammers are everywhere. Collectors are low-lifes using these types of tactics. A report will be files today as of 12 noon (Central time)
