got a call from this number asking for my mothers name and that they had a package for her.  said they had tried to deliver it a few times but needed a signature and wanted her to call them back so that they could talk to her.  They wouldn't take my information but wanted hers.  Unlike the post above, the man seemed to be nice so I was trustworthy.

He said he was with "International Courier Services"

I have also received a phone call from them on Friday stating that they will deliver a package to me on Monday between the hours 12-2.  I need to forms of ID to get the package from International Courier.  Well, needless to say nothing came, I got another phone call last night stating they couldn't get in touch with me to be able to deliver the package.  Apparently, they will be delivering it to me tomorrow Thursday.  I haven't order in packages & if this a debit collector, they have stupid ways of trying to collect the debit.  I honestly clueless to why or what this is about.  I read a lot of scam & crazy post about this company Hewitt Capital.  

very rude,unprofessional people, smart alecs as well, said they were sending a courier to my home between 12 and 2 pm and never showed, supposedly with court papers,etc....called them back and told them I looked them up and they were scammers and they hung up on me. said I needed 2 forms of id, if I refused this "package" then they would get the sheriff of county to come to my house or work.....I believed them at first, but then I read all the other posts, thanks again and I hope this helps too!

Thank you for sharing....i had the same situation. I called the police to report the scam...Police said that using "sheriff" is their way of threatening people.

Just got a call from 469-919-5218 said they would be delivering a pkg to me tomorrow. Even had the last four of my social. To bad the idiot had my last name wrong and the address that he is delivering the pkg to. Amazing how they can know the last four of my social and not have the correct last name or social.
