I keep getting calls from this number as well, they call multiple times a day and never leave a message. When I call the number back to tell them to get lost, noone ever answers. What an incredible nuisance these people are.

It's some education place...won't leave messages...called them and had my number removed...told them (like it's gonna do any good) they needed to leave messages to not get angry callers and maybe get more people to return phone calls and join them.

keep getting calls from this number for someone named Marcel. Tell  them  this is a business office  and  never  heard  of a Marcel. They still call back.

They continue to call on this number. I am told via the internet that it is school based.  I have tried to call to CANCEL calls, but no one answers and I am tired of these calls.
