answered call said 'Hello' several times but no one there just 'dead air'.

got this on my cell and I didnt recognize it so I didnt answer. I tried to call back from a land line and I get a message "call cannot be completed as dialed"

must be spoofing a number since this number that called me does not exist.

Received call from this number.  Listed as Name Unavailable.  Caller wanted to discuss refinancing my home.  I asked for his name and call back number.  He gave me a name but refused to give me a call back number.  I told him I would discuss no further until he gave me a call back number so I could verify his identity.  He said he Would need to call me back in 30 minutes. I immediately added him to my block list.
