After calling SBC in Dallas, they informed me that this unlisted person is under YMAX communications, (aka magic jack and VoIP software). What they are doing is using an FCC licensed device for the purpose of harassment, which makes this a Federal Violation, so the more people we get tracking these bozos down, the quicker they can be eating their meals inside of a cage.

Received several calls about taking donations for sheriffs dept and when i tell him i am not interested he accuses me of pledging a donation in January and not following through with my commitment.I would never make that kind of commitment.
I also try to call back the number is it goes straight to VM and says box is full. I asked the name of the company and they said Statwide Appeals

This is not the state troopers assoc. They have this scam in other states. They donate a tiny portion of the money which allows them to call on behalf of the troopers but keep a majority for themselves as "fees". If you tell them you aren't donating they get angry and confrontational. Don't give them money. I feel for this the first time before learning the truth and they won't stop calling me.

I have received several call from thise # 469-828-9073, when I answer, they
hang up on me. How can I stop this kind of harassment, cos they are getting
to my last nerve. Please, I need your help.
