If you don't owe outstanding debt, chances are it's a scam.  Either way, no legal firm is going to call you to warn you ahead of time that a case is pending.  You'll get the letter in the mail or via a process server at the front door.  I didn't even bother to answer the phone, instead just came straight to this site and it told me to basically ignore!

Apparently, they are legit. I'm fighting a case with their client right now, and wish I wouldn't have seen all of this negativity. Everything is always a scam when you go to these sights.... Not true in this case, smh...

OK anonymous, it's not them who is sueing me, it's whoever hired them. Now it's too late. They're client, retained someone from Illinois legal aid.

Oh really...? Prove it! Post up some verifiable facts. Anything at all. You should be able to think of some things that some of the finest legal researchers in the country will have no trouble verifying. We'll be here waiting...
