Said her name was "Ashley Tanner" and the same ol' "2 felony warrants for felony check fraud, must pay $1,200 by tomorrow or he's going to jail". They called my in-laws about my husband first, then he called them and fell for it. He called me in a panic, and I decided to call them as could tell something was fishy. They continue to leave me voice mails. Allegedly, they're going to file the paperwork "tomorrow" every day. What a joke. She told my husband he'd be behind bard for 2-20 years, and told me 120 days. She couldn't even keep her story straight. I'm definitely filing a complaint with the FTC, the BBB, and filing a police report. I encourage you all to do the same. There are many other complaints all over the internet, and these people use many different numbers. This is harassment and definitely a scam. These people must be stopped.

Someone I know got one of these calls, I cant disclose how I know her but long story short it was total fraud, I tried explaining that to her, she isnt the most right in the head so she thinks she needs to pay. I told her why would a Texas area code be calling you in California? And not sending you any paperwork>? .I told her ask them for paperwork first.. but she kept telling me she is scared and just wants to pay it off to avoid any issues... I pulled this up and tried to show her but still she was shakey and edgy.... this is a total scam that preys on people.. per law pay day loans cant come after you in that manner only collections because they KNEW you didnt have the funds to begin with

I also got a call from this number. I thought it was all [***].. But once they told me why they were calling I understood. I did borrow money from a payday loan. So it's not like they're calling for no reason. Now the warrants are completely false. That's what gets people. I had my attorney help me and paid it off. Good luck guys. Don't fall for the legal crop they say.
