Collection agency RGS. Almost certainly a valid debt, either Verizon or a credit card. Agent asked me to call 800-770-2938.  I'll enter this information there, too.

received call today, deleted the information without listening

Trying to collect on a student loan for someone that used to be in my family. Illegal for them to call here and ask about the debt and I have told them so. They keep calling. They ask if I know the person and I say yes, then I tell them I am the ex step mom. That should stop them but it doesn't. They call about 3 times a week but during the day when I am not here. Next time I intend to pick up the phone and tell them I am recording the call.
