My cell phone rang, but a message was not left. My Hiya (Android) app reported it as Scam or Fraud.

Just called my desk from 804-896-1075 and hung up after one ring. Immediately called my cell from 469-757-8869. This combination of events keeps happening with two different numbers being shown. Follows the same "having the first name right, but not the last" if I answer.
