this number is a scam, this guy John Turner, wanted to know my address, and information where to send me paperwork, all he knew about me was my name, I wish I could block this number. he wanted me to call 888-604-1398

They are a bill collector that poses as a process server. They will claim to need to serve you papers for charges against you, usually an unpaid debt. In my case it is an unpaid loan that the statute of limitations has expired and they can't file any paperwork for this reason. It's just another scare tactic to try to get you to pay an un collectible debt.

This number calls me constantly. It is a lady who claims to be Patricia White, an independent process server. She told me more than once that she was coming to my house to serve me with paperwork regarding criminal charges of breach of contract and fraud for an unpaid payday loan. She told me to call a company called Global, at 888-357-9195. When I did, they indeed confirmed that there was a criminal process they were pursuing and that they can obtain a civil judgement against me which would allow them to garnish my wages. I told them that was illegal for them to say that, and I would not give them anything.  I have already filed complaints about this with the Federal Trade Commission and the Attorney General. Just plain ridiculous!

This guy kept calling stated He has some criminal charge file against me for some debt. He called on my job all the time at least three time a day.
