Same.  Recording saying there is an IRS lawsuit or something.  Im calling BOGUS!  but I am going to call back and play along without giving my information.

I just received this call from this number.  IRS will send certified mail, they will not call u like this bogus.  Don't fall for this.

I received a call and they left a voice mail (the voice was automated) I was alarmed at first because they said I had a criminal lawsuit filed against me. They were calling from the Legal Dept. of the Internal Revenue Service and the gave me a case #. They asked me not to disregard the message and if I did not contact them they would pursue me. I must admit, I was taken a back by the message and I can see how the elderly can be intimidated and give into these scammers.
