I keep getting calls from this number and no message is left.

This call is from "Belford University" (Fake university seling diploms)

they have openly refused to stop calling my phone. They have said that since there is no application on file they cant erase a number from their system. I have been told just not to answer the phone.

Calling me on Thanksgiving and not leaving a message. Belford University.
