Caller id says texas gop. calls constantly! We just had a hurricane 9/08 and they keep calling

Same guy calls repeatedly. Says he's with the Republican party and wants us to fulfill a pledge we made in June. We didn't make a pledge but he keeps on and on. Says just to give him my credit card number and he'll take care of it.

Called @ 10:26am when I answered no one answered but someone was there, I just hung up.
