OPER LOOKOUT on caller ID.  No message,

Caller ID says OPER LOOKOUT.  Hang up, no message left.

When you call the number back; it says "This number is temporarily unavailable"  Sounds like a personal recording and not one from the phone company.

Just got a call from this phone number,  I never answer calls where I don't recognize the phone number, they are wasting their time.  Must be a computer generated call, that's why no one is their
when you answer.  Because a computer cannot leave a message.  DUH!
