Same scam, partial cut off message with company or organization missing, said lawsuit has been filed against you, call our department at 469-713-3535.  Called number, rang no answer.  Can't be a real lawsuit- no paperwork delivered.

Left message on landline about being sued by IRS. Recorded message didn't state who they were calling for. *NOTE that the IRS would not leave a message that does not state who they are calling for. Received a call from 469-713-3535 at 10:00 am 07 07 15 - left a partial message was cut off.  Called back.  Said I received a call from this number.  They had my maiden name and told me (I think) it was the IRS. (The person who answered had a very heavy accent).  Reverse trace states this is a private line in Texas.  I asked him what could I do for him - he hung up.
