Called several times left no message

Don't know this number, didn't take the call, blocked.

Yesterday I got a call from 662-254-4329 listed as Medicartoday on my call log.  I called back and  a voicemail offered to remove my phone number from their list.  so I entered it.
So today I get a call from  469-701-0087 listed as medspecial on my call log. I called back and I get the identical recording as from 662-254-4329. Rather than respond to the offer to remove my phone number I just waited and eventually their system hung up on me.  What a joke.

I get about 6-10 calls a day from various Med sales people with area codes from all over. I'm assuming this is another one of those

Rang 4 times then stopped.  Did not leave a message.
