This number, 469-656-7254, appears to be South West Credit, a collection agency.

No message is ever left so not positive ID on the number but I found a similar number (469-656-7260) identifying South West Credit at mrnumber.com that drops a "pin" (on the Google map) at the exact location in Allen, TX,  as the Google maps at the "FREE" (ha-ha) reverse phone number websites I tried.

these people call all the time from early morning to night to weekends. I am on the do not call list.!!!!

Received call this afternoon, picked up and had to go through a series of prompts then on hold for a long time then the line disconnected.  Very annoying!!!
