Did not answer unknown number

They keep calling me, first when you answer it is the machine that says they're calling from a student loan for giving this program. They only give you one option to press two to speak with the representative about paying off your student loan's. Every time I tell them to take me off their list they just hang up. I know that I don't owe any more on my student loans because I paid it all off

When I got a call from this number, I answered it and it was a machine. I had to press two to speak with anybody and when I told them take me off their list they just hung up. Then when I try calling it was a dialtone. Like do you know if you call a busy phone number, that's what it was. Every time I call this number it was the same thing no one answered it was the busy signal.

See I didn't get that option on the last phone call, I've got options like that before and the lady on the machine says it takes up to 72 days, it's been over 72 days and they keep calling me. This time when you call back it's a busy signal.
