Called my cell. Left no message

recorded message promoting some stupid cruise line.

Caller ID displayed as "Dallas, TX" following by an unrecognizable number. I let it go to my answering machine to screen the call. They didn't leave a message. I dialed back the number and encountered a human female recording that said, "Press 9 to be put on the Do Not Call List." The line becomes silent for a few moments, then disconnects.

According to whitepages.com, this number is flagged as a "Scam or Fraud."
