Spam!!!! Automated call,  left message to "lower my loan rate" Ignore them

I just received a call from this number on my smartphone.  I  mistakenly picked up the call instead of letting it go to the Call Control app. According to my Call Control app, calls from this number (469-628-3208) is a SCAM call coming from within the USA.
It's a robo call with a robo voice in a female sounding voice.  The call is the "usual" recording of many of these kinds of calls that starts out "Hello, this is Sarah from your Credit Card Service..."   These scamming criminals are just waiting for someone to mess up and give out their credit card numbers.  DO NOT fall for this!  It's a blatant attempt to steal your personal identity and get into your finances!
Unbeknownst to these scamming criminals, I choose NOT to use credit cards ever.  Therefore, I can have no "YOUR Credit Card Service"! BUSTED!
I immediately hung up and shut my smartphone off after blocking this number through my Call Control app.  For those wanting to know about the Call Control app, it works! Once, blocked one will never hear another scammer from this number call again. Call Control catches any other attempt from this number before the smartphone ever rings.  The app is available through Google Play.  I  am not sure if it is also in the Apple Store. Not an expensive app and worth every penny of what it did cost.
**I REFUSE to call type this call as a "Prank" because it is not a prank but a SCAM call with the intention of  theft. There for I left the "type cal" as Unknown, tho I DO know. I wish 800 Notes would provide a better call type for these calls since the smartphone apps can now identity these calls as scams.**

Got a call from this number saying that I could reduce my credit card APR.  When I spoke to someone I asked them to remove me from the call list and the indian man said no, and then [***] you and hung up.

Just got a call from this number (March 14, 4:14 pm MDT) and heard a recorded message "Sorry, this is not a valid extension", followed by a hang up.  I presume this is some sort of preliminary call to a later spam call.
