got 4 calles from these rude people, they also use a number of 469-620-4556,
scammers, they claim i have charges filed against me by city bank, for a radio shack credit card,
its BS, i have never done business with city bank and i never opened up a radio shack credit card,

DeVille Asset Management, LTD.  Debt collectors, seem to follow the same scummy business techniques the Buffalo Bullies follow.  Refuse to send DV letters.   Want to CHARGE you for any information you request!  They contact you demand a DV letter.  US Mail only.   They don't do this, simply ignore them and block their calls.

I just got the same call today saying I had a card and the balance was over 7k for a visa though 1st National bank. But the limit was only 500 at one point. I do not recall or see on my credit report anything that states this. They said I have until 3pm today to pay 1,00 or it will go up to 2,500 by Friday. After that I have to pay the whole amount. I asked them to send me an email with documentation showing I owe this. Nothing was sent to me. I am still researching to find out more.

Phone calls and emails  are NOT official notification of debt!!

They say I owe money for HSBC bank and that a claim for fraud was filed against me. then when I look up the number it is  for caprock telecommunications corp out of dallas texas. the claim is for 50k an id pay 5,000 by 3pm then the claim will be voided. the number is 469-620-4563.  anyone get a call from them
