I called it back and it said Verizon billing or something like that. I do not have a Verizon phone so I don't know why they would be calling me.

Automatic message stating I could win a cruise for 2 if I answer a short survey. I did it, just to see what happens. They asked me 3 questions about social media, legalizing pot, and Obamacare. They asked if I wanted to be contacted in the next 24 hours to set up my free cruise. Again, I said yes just to see what happens.
Call ended and I immediately got a call from an Orlando number, but they hung up before I could answer. No message.

I just received a call and nothing was said.
It can't be a scam, it appears to be a person from the Nigerian imperial family. :) snicker
