I would like to know why my telephone number was listed as a contact person  when I was not aware of it.  The person that they was trying to contact was killed December, 2013.  If my telephone number was used I should know what reason it was used and without my permission.  This person that is deceased was not anything to me, just someone I knew through my sister.  To ease my mind I would like to know why this above telephone number called my telephone number which is:  478-552-0820.

I received two calls from a person at this number saying they will be filing chrges in county court soon but would like to talk to me to try and reconcile the issues?  I've received nothing in the mail to this date.  I do not want to be scammed, just looking for info on this.

This number isn't a Scam this company is a Mediation Firm looking to help individuals out with PDLS that they have taken out an breached contract its unfortunate that people take out internet pay day loans get free money an don't like to pay them back when the company hires another Company to help solve the issues.. You can call it a mediation firm if you like, but it still ends up as debt collector. Threatening arrest, pretending to be a state agency, etc. etc., are all illegal under both federal and state laws.  But if I am wrong, then you could certainly post up the legal name and address of this legitimate company so that others could check them out to see if you are telling the truth about them.  Of course you won't because I believe you are a company paid shill.  Go ahead, prove me wrong.
