I just spoke with the Ilinois Attorney General's Office.  This company is located in India and they have stolen all of our personal and financial information.   The are not calling from the US.  They instructructed me to notify my bank, employer and anyone else involved in the situation and not to answer any of the calls from these people or to call them back.  The other numbers associated with this company 315-628-1706 and 469-567-9589.
