This guy misrepresented himself to us as an ATTORNEY! Saying he was filing a lawsuit in an hour and trying to get our bank account information over the phone. He was unprofessional, insulting and COMPLETELY a JERK(and that's being extremely nice!)  He keeps telling us he has a lawsuit on his desk and we have one hour to call him or he's filing it and all this CRAP! I'm going to investigate him further and find out where I can report him for impersonating an attorney! I have him on VM saying he's an attorney! Anyone have any ideas??

Don't give these scam artists any money.
I got a call from a bloke asking for the owner. I asked who was calling and he just said, "Kevin." I asked 'Kevin who' and he replied, "Just tell him Kevin Eberhardt is the phone and he'll know what it's about." I just put these jokers on hold and leave them there.

I received a call from this number yesterday.  I always pay my bills in full and on time so I know it is a scam. Automated message said I owed a specific amount and that my credit rating was in danger if I didn't pay immediately.  When I chose the option of speaking to a person a recording said no one was available and that they would call me back.  

I am going to ask my local District Attorney's office what to do, and to which law enforcement agency to report this.  My retired father (who has plenty of time and hates cheats, liars, and thieves) will pursue this.

Got calls from 469-521-0539, no nessage left, just caller ID. They called 5 times in one day, never leaving a message.  I tried calling number, but I am never able to get through, only a circuit busy signal.

they called me and just hung up on me and then i called back and it was busy who in the hell keeps calling me from this number
