I received a voicemail from this number said they were International courier services, they have a sealed package that is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow 5/20 between 12-4.  Is this a scam?

They called me too left voice mail said the same thing. Probably a scam.

They just left me the same message.  Does anyone have any further information on these people?

This is a scam to get you to call... they're collection agents who are trying to get money out of you, this is a total scam don't believe it and don't give them any information.  They've run the gamete with their speech "we have a complaint filed against your SSI number for your county and you have a limited amount of time to contact me regarding this before we issue a warrant for your arrest and we will come to your place of business or home" yadaddah yadaddah yadaddah yadaddah!!

They called me and stated they were a United Delivery Service and the Representative stated she had some legal doctors that I had to present at my parents house to receive between 4-12 with my picture ID and signature. I asked her what was these papers for she said for HC associates and she connected me to a Rep and he stated that if I didn't pay my debt or set up arrangements that they would bring me to court for 383. That they tried to reach me 30 days prior to this I hadn't received the documents because I moved and he had a nasty attitude and told me don't worry about these documents they weren't important anymore which was a lie. I spoke with my lawyer and she said make sure you don't accept any paperwork from them at all. The Rep also asked me for my bank information over the phone I called the people that I had a account with and they said this Rep was not a lawyers office but a third-party debt collector and they could not bring me to court. Please be aware don't give any information. They also called my fathers phone and told him this information I feel this is a scam this is a debt collector .
