they keep calling at all hours and never answer their phones

some strange political spam, no clue what it's trying to do though, message repeats as this several times:

"a step towards cleaner air and healthier communities, last week the Environment Protections Agency released a vital component of the presidents climate action plan, for more information please visit whitehouse.gov, thats www.whitehouse.gov", etc. etc.

No specific URL's, just a strange auto-recording.  Stranger still since it's calling Canadian phone numbers.

Butt holes have called my toll free number twice this morning.  Our automated attendant rejected both calls when they failed to punch the required digit.
